Just a summary. I’ve been unable to blog it for the past few weeks.
- First week of November: Marks the start of twice a week Bikram yoga sessions instead of 3.
- Second week of November: I think I only did Bikram yoga once. Not good.
- Third week of November: I got sick the weekend before and was off work for a few days. I decided not to do yoga that week to rest.
- Fourth week of November: That weekend, I got sick — again! But that time from food poisoning. Both my husband and I got it, although mine got worse due to me being sick with gastritis last summer. I was in bed for 3 days. Almost didn’t make it for Thanksgiving. I lost 5 pounds in less than a week which proved I was really sick.
- First week of December: I went back to Bikram yoga after two and a half weeks. I was able to do it Monday and Wednesday. :)
